Log in to your Amazon account → Your Account → Manage your data → Request your data → Your orders, then Submit Request. Amazon will email you a download link to your Amazon Order History Report as a CSV file, usually within a few hours. You can also upload individual PDF invoices from your email or snap a photo of a receipt. We support all three formats.
Amazon doesn't show your total spending. To find out how much you've spent, you need to download your order history and add it up yourself — or upload it to AmazaSpend and see the full breakdown in seconds.
Yes — AmazaSpend exports a clean CSV of all your Amazon purchases, which you can import directly into YNAB, Monarch Money, or any budgeting app. The export includes order date, item title, category, and price per line item.
No. AmazaSpend doesn't connect to your Amazon account and will never ask for your login credentials. There are two ways to get your data in. You can export your order history directly from Amazon and upload it yourself (CSV or PDF). Or you can install the AmazaSpend browser extension, which captures your orders automatically as you browse your Amazon account pages, it simply reads the page, the same way you do, and sends the order data to your dashboard.
Yes. Your data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
